Make This Breath Better Than the Last and Make This Moment Better Than The Past

Take a moment to focus on breathing. Invite in a long and deep inhale and then hold it. Yes, keep holding it. Now, the longer we hold this inhale, at some point we become desperate for the exhale. We realize that we cannot hold onto this inhale forever and we must let it go. We realize that the only possible way to invite in the next breath is to let go of the last breath. Letting go is the only way to make room to create possibilities and opportunities. By letting go, we can make this breath better than the last breath and make this moment better than the past. When we focus on what we are creating in this moment and this breath, we realize the past no longer exists. The past is the exhale we already let go of. The is this breath that fills our lungs, our bodies, our spirits, our souls. Focus on this breath and allow what we create in this breath to be better than the last breath. View this breath as an opportunity for greatness. After all, this moment, this breath, this idea, this thought, is all we need to create everything we want our life to be. Allow the inhale to be a reminder to fill our hearts, our spirits, and our energy with everything we want more of. Allow the exhale to be the perfect reminder to let of what we no longer need. Let go of the last thought, let go of the last word, let go of the last feeling and emotion and make room for something even better. Make this breath better than the last and make this moment

better than the past. Enjoy the day.
